A sure sign of maturation in a software industry is the development of vertically-focussed product offshoots. In the latest among seemingly dozens of industry-specific services firms launching their own CM products, Ignite Sports announces "SportsEditor," a publishing system for sports portals. The application, which is Cold Fusion-based, does not seem to be particularly specialized -- Ignite is clearly banking on its existing relationships and industry-specific integration experience to propel the product....
